Internally: Take 5ml twice daily (or 10ml once daily) mixed with water in a 10:1 ratio (10 parts water to one part Aloe), or as directed by a practitioner.

Externally: Can be applied directly to the skin, or used to soak a cotton bandage to tie around a minor wound or sore.
