Will I be charged postage?

We offer free standard shipping for Irish orders over €75.00. For Irish orders under €75, there will be a €2.80 postage charge.

For international orders, once through to checkout with your products, you will see the different postage options available. For more information, contact us via +353 (053) 9100067 or Please note that there may be an additional postage fee if your order is over 2 kg in weight.


How quickly should I receive my order?

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of ordering, so provided that everything is in stock, you should receive your order to an Irish address within 2-3 working days. If a product is out of stock, this product will be sent separately when the product is back in stock.

Please note that there can sometimes be unexpected delays in receiving stock from our manufacturers. If you have not received your order after 7 working days, please contact us via +353 (053) 9100067 or

Delivery times for orders being sent internationally vary by destination and obviously depend on the transit time of our service provider.


How will my order be delivered?

Irish Orders under €70 will be sent out via AnPost and Irish orders over €70 will be sent out via courier (Please note that the delivery method may vary depending on the weight of the parcel).


Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally to the countries listed on the registration form. Some countries, such as the United States, Dubai have very strict Customs which means that we are unable to ship to these destinations.

If for some reason you are not happy with the received product please return it with the original invoice that came with your order and we will give a full refund.

All returns must reach us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and unopened. The original packaging and labelling must still be attached. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

We are unable to accept opened containers for refund, unless the product is deemed faulty. Postage costs will also be refunded, should the error be, the fault of Pure and Natural.
