Initial use: press the pump three times to get the liquid flowing
Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds
Use two to four sprays a day, taken together or separately
Children 1-3 years: two sprays
Children 4-8 years: three sprays
Children 9-13 years and over: four sprays
