Add one heaped teaspoon of FIBRE89 to 200ml of hot (not boiling), cold or sparkling water. Stir until granules are dissolved.
Alternatively, sprinkle on porridge, stir into yogurt or add a healthy kick to home-made snacks.
Due to the high fibre content, we recommend you start with one or one-half serving per day, building up to one to two servings per day.
