Add one heaped teaspoon of Green Coffee to 200ml of hot (not boiling), cold or sparkling water. Stir until granules are dissolved.
Alternatively, sprinkle on porridge, stir into yogurt or add a healthy kick to home-made snacks.

Due to the high fibre content, we recommend you start with one or one-half serving per day, building up to one to two servings per day.
