Shake gently before use. Can be taken directly or mixed with a cold drink, juice, or smoothie. Dilute to taste.

1 x 5ml (teaspoon) delivers Vitamin D3 4000IU’s/100mcg + K2 200mcg (60 servings).
2.5ml (1/2 teaspoon) delivers Vitamin D3 2000IU’s/50mcg + K2 100mcg (120 servings).

Unopened: Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight.
Once Opened: Store in refrigerator. Minimum 60-120 days life depending on correct storage. Re-place cap immediately after use.
