Use twice a day after brushing your teeth. Fill the cap with 15-20ml. Rinse for 30 seconds, and then spit out. Afterwards be sure to rinse your mouth with water.
For children below the age of 6 use a small quantity. Make sure that they do not swallow. In case of intake of fluoride from other sources consult a dentist or doctor.
