One scoop three times daily. Put one scoop (5g) into a glass. Add liquid (water, juice, or tea). Do not stir yet: Let sit for three to five minutes to allow the powder to rehydrate. Stir contents until powder is dissolved. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond four weeks.
