Adults and children (aged 8+) start with two capsules per day with or without food for one week, then increase to four capsules daily with or without a meal as tolerated.

If you have difficulty swallowing capsules, you can easily twist open and sprinkle the contents of the capsules onto food or into a glass of water. It is helpful to drink plenty of water throughout the day when taking a prebiotic supplement.
