Just one 1ml drop of Super Hero a day gives most children all the Omega 3 they need. If your child is eight or older, they can go up to two drops a day. Once they hit the teenage years, it’s five drops a day. Or you may want to switch to Lion Heart liquid – it’s stronger and has a better EPA to DHA ratio for this age group.
